Sober Home FAQ in Phoenix, AZ

  • Q: Where are you located?
    A: We are located in the heart of Phoenix on 35th Ave and Glendale and 31st Ave and Sweetwater
  • Q: Are you a halfway house?
    A: No. Sober Living
  • Q: How much does it cost?
    A: $150 Admin Fee (Non-refundable) with weekly program fees from $175-$200
  • Q: What are your amenities?
    A: A fully furnished home, bed sheets and pillows, WIFI, a landline phone, TV in each room with fully-loaded Cable TV package, refrigerators, washer and dryer, a computer and printer, and a dedicated smoking patio.
  • Q: How many beds do you have?
    A: Between both locations – 18 beds
  • Q: What do you supply?
    A: Basic needs. Laundry soap, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper and other cleaning supplies, all dishes, other household tools and Narcan
  • Q: Do you supply food?
    A: No, Residents are responsible for supplying their own food.
  • Q: Do you provide programs IOP/PHP, counseling?
    A: No. But we can put you in touch with them
  • Q: Do I have to have a job?
    A: Yes. Residents need to either be employed full time, seeking employment or attending full time IOP/PHP, or full time/Part time student.
  • Q: Can I bring my car?
    A: Yes absolutely
  • Q: Is there an application I have to fill out to enter the home?
    A: Yes, all residents are required to fill out initial intake forms, sign contracts, and all applications are reviewed
  • Q: Are there rules?
    A: Yes, residents must follow all house rules. Failure to adhere to rules, could result in discharge
  • Q: How long can I stay?
    A: As long as you need
  • Q: Do you have a curfew?
    A: Yes, 11pm during the week. 12am Fridays and Saturdays
  • Q: What do I bring when I move in?
    A: You will want to bring your clothes, toiletries and food.
  • Q: What happens if I test dirty or relapse?
    A: You must spend 72 hours off property. You can come back when you test clean and you will have a second chance.
  • Q: Do I have to stay on property at all times if I’m not attending meetings, classes or working?
    A: No, residents are free to come and go as they please as long as they follow curfew rules
  • Q: Can I stay overnight somewhere else?
    A: Yes. After completing 30 days in the house. Then, prior arrangements must be made and approved by the house manager. Examples of approved overnights: Vacation, business trips, and staying with family
  • Q: Can I have family and friends come visit?
    A: Yes. Family/Friends must leave by 10pm. No family or friends are allowed in the residents’ rooms
  • Q: Can I smoke?
    A: Absolutely. We have dedicated smoking areas. No smoking allowed inside the home
